This 3D Rendering for done for a developer is proposing to turn the old Canadian Pyjama and Shirt Company building on King Street in Lindsay into a 20-unit condominium building. We were given the Architectural plans and elevations and we had to build the 3d exterior rendering of the building very accurately. 3D Rendering can be a very time consuming art if not done properly and in an organized way. We paid close attention to all the architectural detail to build the 3d model and then added texture and materials to make the 3d render as accurate as possible.

"The sights from the building alone and the view of the Scugog is phenomenal," said Kevin Duguay, a planning consultant for the applicant.

The developer's proposal calls for 22 parking spaces at the site but under the City's zoning bylaw 31 are necessary, and the City's planning staff recommended that the full 31 be developed.

The developer already plans to remove the northwest corner of the building to accommodate the 22 spaces, and Mr. Duguay said the developer would like to work with the City to develop the additional spaces on the east side of the building.

For this Marketing and Branding Project we were asked to design the cover of a Marketing Brochure for a new restaurant. The owner described a classy photograph he saw in some print advertising and we suggested taking a photograph of the main lights he was using based on the suggestion of the Interior designer.
The challenge was that there were no lights, nor was their a restaurant yet. The renovation had yet to be completed but the marketing had to begin!!
