Design and 3D Rendering for a Residential Renovation

This is a proposed design of part of a new home renovation and restoration project. The Objective was to design a clean modern look with an earthen feel. Nowadays the modern bathrooms we see in magazine look good but are they actually "homely". we choose to create a balance between the 2. The Sketch
Apart from the permits drawings and other technical work that we gave to the contractors to review we choose to create a 3d Perspective view
of the bathroom. The view you see as soon as you walk in. As a design process it is important for us to start working with color right away to see our options and to begin sourcing materials and therefore texture to build the space we envisioned. 3D Rendering for interior really helps here event during the conceptual phase.

We choose to create 3D Rendering and animations of closer angle Glamour views to show the clients the look and feel of the space and how the material finish was important to "make the space"
